Lodge Policies
Look for
special packages and rates on the "Packages"
page. Discounts are available for clergy, extended stays, and
AARP.
Reservations & Cancellations
We ask for a credit card at the time you place your
reservation to hold your room. If you are paying by check, we will
gladly hold your reservation for 10 days. If you need to cancel, a
total refund will be paid as long as you cancel 14 days prior to
your planned day of arrival. Notification less than 14 days in
advance requires us to retain 20% of the total room cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the planned arrival requires us to
retain the entire deposit. At any time, if a special service has
been requested, those costs may not been refunded.
Check-in & Check-out
Normal check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Checkout
is before 11:00 AM. If you need a different check-in or check-out
time, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please give us
sufficient advance notification.
Final Payment & Other Charges
Credit Card
Upon arrival, we will re-confirm your intended method of
payment and re-validate credit card information. Requested
services, restaurant charges and purchases from our gift shop can
be added to your bill.
Cash Or Check
If paying by cash or check, we request full payment of the
current balance due when you check in. Any subsequent charges for
special services, restaurant or gift shop purchases may be paid
for as the service is rendered.
Smoking
Our Lodge is a smoke-free environment. If you wish to smoke,
we have provided areas on all public porches for your convenience.
Children
Children ages 10 and older are welcome.
Pets
At this time we are unable to provide accommodations at our
lodge for your pet. If you are traveling with your pet, we will
gladly provide local kennel references for pet lodging, and make a
reservation in your name. NOTE: if you are visually impaired and
have a guide dog companion, please contact us for special
arrangements.
